3. Service Engagement

Project Requirements

• Clear communication of requirements and expectations
• Timely feedback and approval of deliverables
• Payment according to agreed terms and schedules

Client Responsibilities

• Provide necessary access to systems and data
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies
• Notify us of any changes in project scope or requirements

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share false or misleading information

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our consulting services:

• Rates and payment schedules as agreed in project contracts

• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Project scope changes may affect pricing and timelines

7. Intellectual Property

Our consulting methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools remain the exclusive property of Coreleap OÜ. Client-specific deliverables and custom solutions become the property of the client upon full payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

Coreleap OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service
• We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

10. Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time through the application settings or by contacting us.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Use the Service in a manner harmful to other users
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
